Why Noacue

Make your next AI decision
with a clearer picture.

When you have customers, a reputation, and a business to protect, “we’ll figure it out later” can leave too much unanswered.

Your business is the context

The answer depends
on what you’re doing.

Your industry’s regulations, AI-specific laws, and technology policies can overlap. The way you actually use AI changes which questions matter.

A list of rules still leaves you asking: does this apply to us? What should we check? Where should we start?

Noacue brings those threads together around your business. The value is a more useful starting point for your next decision.

A practical first step

Your context in.
A clearer next step out.

Describe your use case, technology, and industry. Noacue researches and cross-references relevant requirements, identifies potential gaps, and recommends where to look next.

Review the findings, follow the sources, and confirm the assumptions with the people who know your business.

The preview is illustrative. It shows how to think about the output; it isn’t a report generated for your business.

An AI assistant for customer supportExample context: an online retailer serving EU customers

Is the AI interaction clear?Confirm

Check whether customers know they are interacting with AI, and which transparency duties may apply.

What happens when advice is wrong?Review

Review policy answers, escalation paths, and the information the assistant can access.

A simplified example, not an assessment of your business. Findings need review in context.

What that means for you

Clarity you can put to work.

01 · Focus

Give your research
a useful starting point.

Bring relevant requirements together around your situation, with sources you can follow. Spend your attention on the questions that may matter to your business.

Leave with: a focused view of what to investigate.

02 · Preparation

Have a more useful
conversation with your team.

Turn a vague concern about AI risk into specific potential gaps and assumptions to confirm with your product, operations, or legal team.

Leave with: questions that people can answer.

03 · Direction

Know what deserves
a closer look first.

Use prioritized recommendations to decide where to begin, what needs more evidence, and where expert support may help.

Leave with: a more considered next move.

Why now

AI has already entered
the business world.
So have the consequences.

These cases show different kinds of exposure—from customer-facing answers to how employees handle information. They’re reasons to ask better questions early.

Regulatory duties · EU AI Act

Know which obligations apply.

Article 99 provides maximum fines of €35 million or 7% of worldwide annual turnover for prohibited AI practices under Article 5. The applicable ceiling depends on the violation and whether the business is an SME.

Transparency requirements began applying on 2 August 2026. Your role and use case matter.

Claims & conduct · FTC, 2024

Your AI claims need substance.

The FTC’s September 2024 Operation AI Comply announcement highlighted five cases involving allegedly deceptive or unfair AI-related practices.

The practical question: can you support what you tell customers about your AI?

Confidential information · Samsung, 2023

Everyday use can expose information.

Reports described three incidents within weeks involving employees entering sensitive material, including code and meeting notes, into ChatGPT.

Samsung subsequently restricted employees’ use of generative AI tools.

Customer trust · Air Canada, 2024

An AI answer is still part of your service.

A British Columbia tribunal awarded damages after a customer relied on misleading bereavement-fare advice from Air Canada’s chatbot.

What can your assistant promise, and how do you check that its answers match your policies?

Before you get started

A few things worth knowing.

Who is Noacue for?

Businesses adopting AI that have customers, trust, a reputation, or valuable information to protect—and want a clearer starting point for responsible adoption. Early access helps us understand your situation and shape the next offer.

What is available today?

The first free analyzer is built and has produced a report with findings checked by hand. This soft-launch website is collecting interest in the next stage. Joining the list does not automatically create a product account or deliver an assessment.

See the earlier product

The first interface carried the name AI Compliance Gap Analyzer. This screenshot shows an earlier version using an example education scenario.

Earlier AI Compliance Gap Analyzer interface with a use case, technology, and industry input beside an example potential-gap report.

Historical interface, v0.5. Its example findings and timing are not current advice or a performance promise.

What will the paid version include?

The next planned offer is a paid assessment and action plan for a one-time fee. Pricing and availability are still being developed. Longer term, we intend to support ongoing monitoring, controls, evidence, and preparation for external review through a subscription.

Does a report mean we are compliant?

A report identifies potential gaps and areas worth confirming. It is not a compliance determination, certification, or substitute for legal counsel. Requirements depend on your circumstances, and findings need human review.

Is Noacue right for every AI question?

Noacue starts with understanding your AI use and potential compliance gaps. Today, it does not audit live systems, continuously monitor AI use, or implement controls for you.

We’re planning live-system auditing, ongoing AI monitoring, and support for implementing controls and gathering evidence—so Noacue can help you move from a first assessment to continuous governance as your business grows. Join early access to help shape what comes next.

What happens when I join early access?
